Generally speaking, from the very beginning throughout the whole process of finalizing your event and even at the day your event, owner Tony Gioutsos will be there. He will help you make your day perfect. Generally speaking, Mr. Gioutsos is on-site for your event and handles any issue you might have. This makes your event that much more worry-free.
Our world-class food is not what a typical "banquet hall" serves. We cook our food to order just as if you were in a restaurant. Our world renowned chef (executive chef Marlan Smith – former chef for Excalibur Restaurant, Beans and Cornbread, etc.) and experienced kitchen staff can accommodate any request you might have. We have had people arrive up to 2 1/2 hours late and still had comments about how superb the food was.
Our seasoned waitstaff and bartenders are friendly and provide the utmost in service. We have heard from almost all of our customers about how accommodating we are. Part of that is the staff and part of that is the low-key approach that Mr. Gioutsos takes. We are here for you!
